Opening up the packaging to the new movie “The Awakening” I was in two minds about what I was going to see: I had really enjoyed its big budget predecessor “The Secret” but would this match up to my expectations?
The Awakening and The Secret cover the Law of Attraction, which is the process by which we can all influence things around us simply by thinking in the right way. The Secret explains how this works while the Awakening describes that moment of revelation when we realize how the material from the Secret can help us, and how we can harness it.
The presenter’s definition of the Awakening is that moment when “you suddenly gain a new insight or understanding about yourself or the world around you and when you do your life is never the same.” Sounds interesting? It really is. Both movies give an excellent introduction into this most revealing of topics.
